Special Events

We provide standby special event ambulance services for venues and events large and small. Our standby ambulance services are willing to provide long-term or short-term services for events. Each standby/special event ambulance has emergency medical technicians trained in Basic Life Support, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and automated external defibrillation. We service events such as Racing Events, Inaugurations, Concerts, Marathons, Music Festivals, Tennis Matches, Gold Tournaments, Football Games, Outdoor Events, and more. AmeriCare enjoys giving back to the community by providing discounts to nonprofit organizations.

    Zombie Mud Run
    AmeriCare was proud to be a part of the Zombie Mud Run in Temecula, CA. We provided managers and supervisors, along with two Polaris 4x4 OHVs, and eight EMTs throughout the 5k course to provide medical care to the approximately 5,000 runners. Runners were presented with a 5k course with obstacles ranging from tunnels, smoke filled buildings, mazes, wooden structures to climb over and others to crawl under, including a live electric fence, and of course lots and lots of mud.

    AmeriCare at the 2015 LA Marathon
    AmeriCare proudly covers the annual Los Angeles Marathon at its finish line in the beautiful city of Santa Monica. Working alongside the Santa Monica Fire Department inside their command post and in coordination with the Los Angeles Fire Department, LA County Fire department, the Santa Monica Police Department, Los Angeles Police Department, LA county Sheriff’s Department, the FBI and countless other Fire/Police/Federal divisions.

    • Ambulance Crew

      Ambulance Crew

      The ambulance is stocked with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) medications and equipment. The ambulance is prepared to take care of all medical and traumatic emergencies.

      The crew consists of:
      One (1) Paramedic
      One (1) Basic EMT ALS Requested
      OR
      Two (2) Basic EMT's

    • Polaris Vehicle

      All-Terrain Ambulance

      The all-terrain ambulance is used to extract injured or sick patrons from areas in accessible to standard ambulances. This specialty vehicle then takes the patient to an awaiting ambulance while providing care.

      The all-terrain ambulance is stocked with most of the same equipment as traditional ambulances and is prepared to take care of all medical and traumatic emergencies.

      The crew consists of:
      One (1) Paramedic
      One (1) Basic EMT ALS Requested
      OR
      Two (2) Basic EMT's

    • Polaris Vehicle

      Stadium Event Carts

      The stadium event cart is stocked with most of the same equipment as traditional ambulances and is prepared to take care of all medical and traumatic emergencies.

      The crew consists of:
      One (1) Paramedic
      One (1) Basic EMT ALS Requested
      OR
      Two (2) Basic EMT's

    • Bike Teams

      Bike Team

      The AmeriCare EMS Bike Team works well for densely populated outdoor festivals where traditional response vehicles would have difficulty gaining access to sick or injured revelers.

      Equipped to handle any medical or traumatic emergency until an ambulance arrives.

      Bike Teams carry advance cardiac life support (ACLS) medications and tools found on an ambulance including a cardiac monitor/defibrillator.

      The crew consists of:
      At least One (1) Paramedic
      One (1) Basic EMT

      OR
      Two (2) Basic EMT's

      Support Vehicle

      The vehicle is stocked with the same advanced cardiac life support medications and equipment an ambulance has. This vehicle does not have transport capability.

      The crew consists of:
      One (1) Supervisor/Manager

      AmeriCare's event trailer is set up for multiple purposes. Private first aid station, mobile command center, communications, generators, and more.

    • Stand-Alone Paramedic

      For your advanced life support needs, including ACLS, and PALS.

    • Stand-Alone Basic EMT

      For all your basic life support needs.

    • Athletic Trainers

      AmeriCare provides experienced athletic trainers for sporting events to help support the athletes.

    • Event Trailer

      AmeriCare's event trailer is set up for multiple purposes. Private first aid station, mobile command center, communications, generators, and more.
