Operations Manager

Sean found his start in the work force doing construction from 1999 to 2009, however due to family ties to the Police, Fire and EMS industries, Sean was encouraged to follow his ambitions and become a firefighter. He became a PCF (Paid Call Firefighter) for the City of Highland in 2008 which he continued to dedicate his time to until 2010. Sean also worked in 2010 for CalFire as a Seasonal Firefighter – Firefighter 1. While pursuing his firefighting career, in 2008-2009, Sean attended and completed an EMT course. He started his tenure with AmeriCare in 2009 as an EMT. After two years, in 2011, Sean was promoted to FTO which was quickly followed by another promotion to Station Supervisor. Within the year following, due to his performance, dedication and strong work ethics, Sean officially became a  member of the executive management team as Operations Manager for Los Angeles County. Over the last three years Sean has been tasked as the lead Manager for Angels Stadium Events and the Los Angeles Marathon requiring him to coordinate, schedule and oversee the completion for these VIP accounts as well as absorbing Orange County operations. His responsibilities for both counties include but are not limited to; overseeing supervisors (Station, Hourly and Field), scheduling, . He works closely with the Director of Operations as well as the Managing Director on a daily basis to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations both in the Field and Communication departments. Sean has continued his education by acquiring multiple ICS modules, Haz-Mat and WMD.
